Road closures around Loton Park on Saturday 14 November for an event at HBF Park. Public transport is the easy option. If you're driving, apply below for one of 20 temporary City of Vincent parking permits, with thanks to the City. Who can apply Members only, one permit per member. Cost Free. How many 20, first come first served. Applications close When all 20 are allocated, or at 5pm on Saturday 14 November — whichever comes first. Where it works Anywhere in the City of Vincent's Zone 8 (map below) where "Permit Holders Are Exempt" signage is present. Your details. This is an electronic permit, so we have to send your licence plate number to the City of Vincent. Bears Perth keeps it only to administer the permits and for nothing else. Zone 8 Permit conditions The e-permit lets you park where "Permit Holders Are Exempt" signage is present within Zone 8, and exempts you from time restrictions of one hour or more in that zone. It does not authorise parking in ACROD bays, No Stopping zones, clearways, 15 or 30 minute bays, loading zones or ticket machine zones. It is not valid for vehicles that are unregistered, disused, oversized or causing an obstruction. It does not exempt the driver from the Road Traffic Code or the City's Parking Local Laws.
